They had most of what I was looking for, which was great. The selection was solid overall, though the one size I needed happened to be out of stock. Still, it was a decent experience.

I tried using the site it was kind of frustrating. Finding what I wanted took longer than it should have, and the checkout process felt a little clunky. I was just trying to buy something simple, then suddenly I’m annoyed and ready to close the tab. It could definitely be smoother.

It works, but the design feels a bit dull and outdated to me. If you’re someone who cares about a fresh, modern layout, you might want to check out a few screenshots or compare it with similar options before deciding.

I had to swap my kids pajamas for a different size and it was simple. It took a few days before I heard back, so it wasnt super fast, but the instructions were clear and the replacement fit much better. Not perfect, but it didnt feel like a hassle. Id order from them again.

I returned my order a few weeks ago and I’m still waiting for the refund to come through. They keep saying it’s processing, but every email I send gets pretty much the same copy-and-paste response. I get that refunds can take a little time, and the return itself wasn’t hard, but at this point it’s getting really frustrating not having a clear update

I ordered from sleepyheads.com and, i wasn’t expecting to be that impressed, but the quality is good for the price. The fabric is soft, the stitching looks clean, and there weren’t any loose threads or weird smells when I opened it.

I’ve washed it a couple times now and it’s still holding up just fine, so I have to give it credit there. I’m not going all the way to 5 stars because the delivery box showed up a little beat up, but the actual product is solid.

I only washed it once and the seams were already starting to come apart. Not sure if I just got a bad one or what, but it was disappointing
